Work Details
Sales representatives: Act as a general liaison with all relevant parties to oversee entire projects.
Designers: Ensure client requests are reflected in layout and design.
Construction Managers: Ensure construction and work progresses smoothly to create an office that pleases the client.
We are a primary distributor of most products from domestic manufacturers, so our strength lies in our capability to provide clients with a wide range of proposals.
Create the ideal office for your needs with the support of a dedicated office planner and licensed architect in charge of design.

New Graduates

What information is provided during company briefing sessions?
Our company’s CEO attends all briefing sessions held in Tokyo.
There, he will personally share the company’s vision, what makes working at the company fun, and the type of candidates we are searching for. We look forward to your participation. -

Can I work in my desired location of employment?
Also, is there a possibility of being transferred?We will generally respect the wishes of the candidate regarding location of employment.
Additionally, unless desired, employees will not be transferred from their initial location of employment. -
Please tell me about your training and education system?
There will be approximately 1 week of classroom training upon entering the company.
After learning the basics of offices, new employees will be assigned to teams to study under a senior colleague.
Each new employee is generally assigned two to three senior colleagues from whom they receive training from various angles that is tailored to them.
New employees will also participate in training sessions held by various manufacturers, as well as courses for obtaining various qualifications. -
Does the work involve any cold calling?
No. We operate on a referral-based style of business.
We request our business partners and individuals in our corporate/personal networks to refer us to any companies they know of that are considering relocation.
Rather than taking an all‐or‐nothing approach, we are searching for salespeople capable of forming long-term relationships and receiving client referrals. -
Please tell me about your employee assessment system.
We have implemented a system to carefully assess and evaluate each employee. We are not the type of company at which employee achievements go unnoticed or unappreciated. All employee achievements are fairly evaluated and reflected in salary increases and promotions.
